HaulageHub Announces New Strategic Partnership with Mandata

HaulageHub is delighted to announce a new partnership with Mandata, bringing together one of the UK’s largest digital freight marketplaces with one of the UK’s leading transport management software providers.

The new partnership will see HaulageHub and Mandata work together on a powerful integration designed to make subcontracting simpler, more connected and easier to manage for hauliers using Mandata.

The integration will connect HaulageHub’s digital freight marketplace directly into Mandata TMS, allowing operators to access new revenue opportunities, reduce empty running and manage subcontracting activity with less manual admin.

Simplifying Subcontracting for Hauliers

For transport operators, subcontracting plays a vital role in keeping fleets moving efficiently. Whether it is covering peak demand, finding trusted capacity, filling empty miles or maximising the value of existing vehicles, hauliers need fast access to reliable opportunities and dependable partners.

This partnership has been created to make that process easier.

Through the integration, Mandata customers will be able to connect with HaulageHub directly from the systems their teams already use every day. The aim is to reduce duplication, improve visibility and make it easier for hauliers to manage work from order through to delivery and invoicing.

The integration will support the movement of job information, status updates and PODs between both platforms, helping operators keep systems aligned and reducing the need for repeated manual entry. This will help hauliers spend less time managing admin and more time focusing on operational performance.

HaulageHub’s platform connects hauliers, subcontractors, operators, shippers and manufacturers through a secure and trusted digital freight marketplace. The platform also includes the RHA Exchange, a dedicated section for RHA members to share work.

The integration is set to launch in Summer 2026 and will be available to Mandata Enterprise TMS and Mandata Go TMS customers.
